Students are encouraged to participate in the club activities, which include speaking Hebrew, learning Israeli folk dancing and Israeli cooking, watching movies and playing Hebrew games. Kappa Gamma Epsilon The Student Honor Society of Department of Modern Languages, Literatures and Linguistics seeks to encourage research and appreciation of modern languages and literature. Founded in 1920, the organization sponsors faculty and graduate student lectures, holds an annual reception for recipients of MLLL scholarships, and recently, student members have created new scholarships with funds from the successful Café at the End of the Hall.
